We are a smoke free inn

Cigarettes, cigars, incense and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms
and common areas. Please respect this aspect of the inn.

*** A $250 + fee will be applied for cleaning and removal any smell of smoke in the rooms. If the room requires repainting the fee shall be $500.00 up to a maximum of $1,000.00.

Damage to hotel property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the inn's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card without notice.


   There are no exceptions!!



A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay 8 days prior to your arrival except for reservations made in May which will be charged 30 days prior. 
PS: Foreign reservations will be charged right away.


All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee per room cancelled.
Canceling/modifying a reservation of 1 to 7 days requires notice of not less than 7 days prior to the check in date. A cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will cause the guest to be responsible for full payment of the booking unless the room is re-booked.

Canceling a reservation of 7 to 30 days requires a minimum of not less than 14 days prior notice to the arrival date. A cancellation notice given less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be charged for payment of the first week of the reservation. Thereafter, deposits will be refunded less a processing fee if the room is re-booked.
Group reservations: 14 days for 3 rooms or less and 30 days for 4 rooms plus.

*From May 10 to May 25 all cancellations require 30 days’ notice.




  • Your stay will include a "LITE SELF SERVE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST".
  • Your room will be stocked with an assortment of food and drink prior to your arrival. Fresh fruit is provided in the common hall area.

Be aware we do not cook breakfast.


  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy (Taxes are not included).
  • Prices are subject to change.



We provide towels, shampoo, soap and hair conditioner. We do not provide small throw away bottles.

• Check Out is at 11:00am; 10$ fee for each hour after that unless prior arrangement was made. Check in is usually 3pm unless the room is ready earlier.

We have street parking that is regulated by two hour permit parking Monday through Saturday. Our block, the two hour parking ends at 6:30 pm. If you get a space after 4:30 pm on our block you are good until 10:00 am the next day. Most other area blocks go until midnight. Central Parking garage is located 2.5 blocks from us at 11th/10th & South Streets above the CVS Pharmacy.

Parking garage fee is $18.00 up to 24 hours, receive a discount printing a coupon on their website.


The Inn is a quiet place to relax and enjoy. Before 10am & after 10pm 
we ask that you be especially quiet (including the deck).
