WE ARE A SMOKE AND PET FREE INN

 

Cigarettes, cigars, incense and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms

And common areas. Please respect this aspect of the inn.

 

*** $100.00 will be charged RIGHT AWAY if you smoke inside the room.

Extra fees will be applied for cleaning and removal any smell of smoke in the rooms. If the room requires repainting, the fee shall be $500.00 up to a maximum of $1,000.00.

 

Damage to the property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the inn's property or structure. Should this damage become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card without notice.

 

There are no exceptions!!

 

 

Reservation

 

A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay 8 days prior to your arrival except for reservations made in May and big events, which will be charged 30 days prior.

Foreign reservations will be charged 30 days prior no matter how long.

 

EXTENDED STAY AFTER 30 DAYS OCCUPANCY

All guests will be required to transfer PECO and PGW Unities for any stays longer than 30 days in the Apartment Suites.

 

Cancellation

 

CANCELLATION fee is $25.00 per apartment if cancelled by 7 days prior. Details below:

Canceling a reservation of 1 to 7 days requires notice of not less than 7 days prior to the check in date. A cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be responsible for full payment of the booking unless the room is re-booked. Canceling a reservation of 7 to 30 days requires a minimum of not less than 14 days prior notice to the arrival date.

BIG EVENTS AND BIG CONVENTION must be cancelled one month prior, no exceptions!

 

In addition, May 10 to May 30 all cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

 

EVERY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT

EVEN IF ARRIVING LATE OR LEAVING EARLY

 

WE DO NOT SHIP LEFT BEHIND ITEMS!

 

CHECK IN

 

Check in is at 3 PM unless prior arrangement is made with the office.

 

*** You are responsible for keeping us updated on your check in time. By Email or Phone.

 

Check Out is at 11:00am

 

A $10 FEE will be charged for each hour you remain past the 11:00AM check out time. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS must be made and confirmed with the office to for a later check out time.

 

BREAKFAST

 

Your room will be stocked with a self-serve breakfast prior to your arrival

 

Fresh fruit is provided in the common hall area.

 

BATHS

 

We provide SOAP, SHAMPOO, & HAIR CONDITIONER. We do not provide small throwaway bottles.

 

RATES

 

Based on Single or Double Occupancy (Taxes are not included).

 

PRICES MAY VARY IN HIGH SEASON

WE ARE AN INNER CITY INN RESTRICTED TO ON THE STREET ONLY (2 hours from Mo-Sat)
