Policies

We are a smoke free inn.
Cigarettes, cigars, and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms
and common areas. Please respect this aspect of the inn.

Reservations

  • A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
  • A reservation  requires full payment 8 days prior to arrival date.
  • Room rates and amenities are guaranteed but not necessarily room assignments.
  • Check-in between 3:00pm and 9:00pm
    (Please let us know if you will need to arrive later and we will make
    arrangements for you.)
  • Check-out 11:00am

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a $25 per room(s) cancellation fee.
Cancelling a reservation of 1 to 7 days requires notice of not less than 7
days prior to the check in date. A cancellation notice given less than
7 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be
responsible for full payment of the booking unless the room is
rebooked.  There after, deposits will be refunded less a processing fee if
the room is rebooked.
*From May 1 to May 30 all cancellations require 30 day’s notice.
Early departures are responsible for the full reservation

Late Arrivals & Early Departure

All guest are responsible for full payment if you arrive late or leave early. 

Rates

  • Include a self serve continental breakfast.
  • Your room will be stocked with an assortment of food and drink prior to your arrival. Fresh fruit is provided in the common hall area.
  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy.(Taxes are not included.)
  • Extra person charge is $20.00 per night plus tax. Room rates are subject to
    availability and can change without prior notice.
  • Traveler’s checks and cash accepted along with visa and master card.
  • Guest(s) staying monthly will be responsible for all electric usage charges accrued over a $100.00 per month bnb base credit.

Baths

             We provide pump containers of shampoo and hair conditoner. We do not provide small throw away botles of shampoo and hair conditioner.

Towels

To lower our enviromental impact we change towels every other day. 

Keys

There is a $25.00 key replacement charge. All keys are to be left in the room when checking out. 

Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.

Parking

We are located in an innercity neighborhood where  there is 2 hour Street parking that may or may not be available durning you arrival and your stay. Your car can be parked in a parking garage that is 2.5 blocks from the bnb for $16.00 per day.

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS

Any request for shipping of a left behind item will be subject to a $25.00 handling charge + the cost of shipping. The handling fee will be assesed at the time of the request for shipping.Items will be shipped on or before 30 days of the request for shipping.

The Inn is a quiet place to relax and enjoy. Before 10am & after 10pm
we ask that you be especially quiet.
