Policies

We are a smoke free inn.
Cigarettes, cigars, and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms
and common areas. Please respect this aspect of the inn.

Reservations

  • A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
  • A reservation  requires full payment 8 days prior to arrival date.
  • Room rates and amenities are guaranteed but not necessarily room assignments.
  • Check-in between 3:00pm and 9:00pm
    (Please let us know if you will need to arrive later and we will make
    arrangements for you.)
  • Check-out 11:00am

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a $25 per room(s) cancellation fee.
Cancelling a reservation of 1 to 7 days requires notice of not less than 7
days prior to the check in date. A cancellation notice given less than
7 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be
responsible for full payment of the booking unless the room is
rebooked. Cancelling a reservation of 7 to 30 days requires a minimum of not less than 14 days prior notice to the arrival date. A cancellations notice
given less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will cause the
perspective guest to be charged for payment of the first week of the
reservation. There after, deposits will be refunded less a processing fee if
the room is rebooked.
*From May 1 to May 30 all cancellations require 30 day’s notice.
Early departures are responsible for the full reservation

Rates

  • Include a self serve continental breakfast.
  • Your room will be stocked with a wonderful assortment of food and drink prior to your arrival.
  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy.(Taxes are not included.)
  • Extra person charge is $15.00 per night plus tax. Room rates are subject to
    availability and can change without prior notice.
  • Traveler’s checks and cash accepted along with visa and master card.
  • Guest(s) staying monthly will be responsible for all electric usage charges accrued over a $100.00 per month bnb base credit.

Keys

There is a $25.00 key replacement charge. All keys must be returned when checking out. 

Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.

The Inn is a quiet place to relax and enjoy. Before 10am & after 10pm
we ask that you be especially quiet.
