A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. A fixed amount of $25 per room will be charged anytime after booking.
The total price of the reservation will be charged 8 days prior to arrival except for May's graduation and Special Events, which will be charged 30 days prior. We do not accept cash, all three majors credit cards are accepted.
Foreign reservations may be charged 30 days prior.
All guests will be required to transfer PECO and PGW Utilities for any stays longer than 30 days in the Apartment Suites.
A $25 cancel fee is applied if cancelled up to 7 days prior. The full amount is not refundable after that unless we re-book the room.
Special Events/Conventions must be cancelled 30 days prior.

Weddings: 30 days prior
A reservation made for more than one week has to be cancelled by 14 days prior.

Left Behind Items
WE DO NOT SHIP LEFT BEHIND ITEMS! It will be the responsibility of the guest to immediately contact the office to notify the staff of a left behind item. The guest will make arrangements to have it picked up and shipped by their representative.
Check in is at 3 PM unless prior arrangement is made with the office.
Check Out is at 11:00am;
A $10 FEE will be charged for each hour you remain past the 11:00AM check out time. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS must be made and confirmed with the office to secure a late check out time.
WE DO NOT COOK OR PREPARE A HOT BREAKFAST.
There is No Dinning Room or Designated Common Eating Area.
Each room has its own Dining Table.
Your stay will include a "LITE SELF SERVE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST" which includes: Coffee (caffeinated and decaffeinated), a variety of Tea, Milk, Half & Half, Fruit Juice, bottled spring Water, a variety of Cold Cereals and Oatmeal & Hot Cocoa that you can prepare by heating water, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, an assortment of Jellies, Butter, wheat and raisin breads & Barbara's delicious homemade Muffins.

WE ARE A SMOKE FREE INN
Cigarettes, cigars, incense and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms and common areas. Please respect this aspect of the inn.
*** $100.00 will be charged RIGHT AWAY if you smoke inside the room.
Extra fees will be applied for cleaning and any removal of any smell of smoke in the rooms. If the room requires repainting, the fee shall be $500.00 up to a maximum of $1,000.00.
Damage to the property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the inn's property or structure. Should this damage become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card without notice.
